INSTRUCTION
- Open the app and you'll land on the main page displaying the current weather in Biskek, including temperature, weather conditions, and detailed air quality metrics such as AQI, CO2 levels, and PM2.5. This information helps you plan your day considering the environmental conditions.
- Scroll down to find the news section where you can read about recent developments in your city. This includes updates on gardening, traffic changes, and ongoing city projects. The news feed is updated regularly, ensuring you're always informed about what's happening around you.
- Tap on the "Transport" icon at the bottom of the screen to access the interactive map. Use the map to navigate around the city, find points of interest, or plan your route.
- From the main screen, tap on the "Services" icon to explore different services offered by the app. Here, you can find options for digital school, doctor appointments, estate management, and more. Each service is categorized for easy access, making it convenient to find what you need.
- To manage your account settings, tap on the "Profile" icon.Here, you can authorize your account using your phone number, adjust settings, access FAQs, and report any bugs you encounter.
✅Messages submitted through the My City app are guaranteed to be addressed by city services within a specified timeframe.
