Notice regarding the start of refunds for "Paid Dream Stones" issued in "Dream Craftsman and the Unforgettable Black Fairy"

As announced recently, due to the discontinuation of service for "Dream Craftsman and the Unforgettable Black Fairy," we will be discontinuing the use of "Paid Dream Stones" as of November 19, 2024.

Thank you to all of you who have enjoyed the game so far.

In accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act, we will begin refunding customers who hold unused "Paid Dream Stones."

If you have a balance of "Paid Dream Stones," please check the information below and proceed with the refund application process.

<How to apply>

1. After updating to "Dream Craftsman and the Unforgettable Black Fairy Offline Version," a pop-up message titled "Regarding refunds pursuant to the Payment Services Act" will appear when you launch the app. (Even if you close the pop-up, you can reopen it by clicking the "Refunds Pursuant to the Payment Services Act" button in the bottom left of the screen.)

2. Tap the "Go to Refund Page" button in the pop-up to be redirected to the dedicated refund application form.

3. Follow the prescribed procedure on the dedicated form, enter the required information (email address, refund acceptance ID, bank name, bank code, bank branch name, branch number, account type, account number, account holder name), and submit.

4. Your application will be completed when a message is displayed stating that the application has been accepted on the dedicated form.

*Please note that app updates may cause the application to become unusable, so we recommend saving a screenshot of your "Refund Acceptance ID."

<Important Notes Regarding Refunds>

Your player data is required to process a refund.

If you wish to request a refund for paid Dream Stones, please refrain from deleting or reinstalling the app or deleting your data until your refund is complete.

*Updating to the offline version will not affect your player data.

<Refund Method>

1. Based on the information you provided, we will transfer your refund to the domestic bank account you specified (scheduled for the end of March 2025). We will cover the bank transfer fee for the refund.

2. Please note that as our company will be absorbed into Sumzap, Inc. through an absorption-type merger effective January 1, 2025, refunds to customers will be made by Sumzap, Inc. Please note that the refund request method and contact information will remain unchanged.
