How do I log in extra securely with MyKPN?

By enabling 2-step verification. This keeps hackers out, as you can't log in without the second verification step. Extra secure.

How to enable 2-step verification:

Via the website

Go to 'Account'

Enable '2-step verification'

In the MyKPN app:

Go to 'Profile'

Select 'Account'

Enable '2-step verification'

If this is your first time logging in to the MyKPN app, you'll receive a text message with a verification code. You can then use your PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID to log in.

How do I link one or more products to my MyKPN username? You can arrange this in just a few minutes via the MyKPN app or the website:

Log in to MyKPN with your username (your email address).

Go to 'Products'.

Click on [Add Product].

Choose which product you want to link to MyKPN.

Linked? Then you can now manage everything for your subscription in MyKPN.

What is the minimum version of iOS or Android I need for the MyKPN app?

You need at least Android 7.0 or iOS 12.0. Do you have an earlier version? Then see if you can update your device. To do so, go to your settings and follow the steps below.

Android

Go to 'System'.

Tap 'Advanced'.

Select 'System Update'.

Here you will see the Android version and whether an update is available.

iOS

Tap 'General'.

Go to 'Software Update'.

Here you can see the iOS version and whether an update is available.

Is the version too old and you can't update? Then your device no longer supports the latest software. And you won't be able to download the MyKPN app. You can, however, log in via the website on your phone.

Under 'Login details' you'll find the option to change your password.

First enter your current password and then your new password twice.

In the MyKPN app

Go to 'Profile'

Select 'Account'

There you can change your password. First enter your current password and then your new password twice.
