If you are unable to make a single or standing order transfer, we invite you to contact the Hello Team.

How can I track the progress of my account opening?
You can track the progress of your account opening at any time, step by step, from the hellobank.fr website by logging into your account tracking area using your email address and the password you created.
Good to know: If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create your password using the first email you received when you started your online account opening application.
When and how will I receive my bank card?
You will receive the bank card associated with your offer by priority mail a few days after opening your Hello bank! account.
Good to know: Have you chosen one of the Hello Prime offers? Good news! With the Hello Prime virtual card, there's no need to wait for your physical card. Your virtual card is available in your hellobank.fr Customer Area* as soon as you receive your login details.
