FAQ

I'm using the HAR mobile app on my iOS device and it won't recognize my location? What can I do?

A good rule of thumb in situations like these is to reset the device. We suggest logging out of the app completely and then logging back in. If that doesn’t work, perform a hard reset of your device. Log out of the app, turn the device off, wait a moment and then restart the device and resume your searches. If you’re still having issues, you can contact us using the feedback tab inside the app.

I think I found a problem on HAR.com while using a desktop computer. What do I do?

If you believe you’ve found an issue in one of our mobile applications, there are a few options on how to report it.

Android mobile users can (safely) shake the device while using the app and instantly report a bug or send feedback. You can circle the area of the screen you’re having an issue with and type out a short message for HAR staff.

For the HAR.com mobile app, it really depends on the severity of the issue you reported. Usually, you’ll be able to see a fresh copy of the app by just logging out and back in again. For more serious issues of the device not communicating with the app, you may need to restart your device.

    It sounds frustrating. You’re trying to register as a user, but the system isn’t cooperating. Every time you check the box for the terms, it mistakenly clicks on the privacy policy instead. This must be incredibly annoying, especially with most houses being pending. It might help to clear your browser’s cache or try a different device. If that doesn’t work, reaching out to support could provide some assistance.

    If you're thinking about moving in Texas, HAR is the app to use. It's got the most up-to-date listings. Trulia and Zillow can't keep up with it. You'll find more options on HAR!

    The new update is a disaster. It removed a bunch of useful functions. No more rent prices for the last 6, 12, or 24 months. Many other features disappeared too. It's really frustrating.

    Some listings show up again. Adding a page button at the top or a "back to top" option would help navigate better. Overall, it's great!
