The design stands out. It looks fantastic and feels immersive. Matchmaking might take a bit but the wait is worth it. Overall, this app really delivers.

The AI really struggled. Gomoku is already solved, and with Black, a player should either win or at least draw every time. It was surprising to see the AI unable to even manage a draw while playing as Black.

I was playing an official game quietly when suddenly the app closed on its own. I tried to log back in and saw that I had lost the game and my score went down. This kept happening over and over. I came here to leave a review about it. What’s going on?

Hello! You're enjoying playing Omok, but you keep experiencing a frustrating issue. You enter the game, and right away, you lose due to a time-over. This leads to losing points and even facing the risk of demotion. Overall, everything else is fine, but you really hope this problem gets fixed. It’s tough to see all that hard-earned progress potentially go to waste.

The second reset of the world championship cannot be completed. An error code 1000 appears, and reconnecting shows error code 10002. Please fix this issue.

AI makes the game a bit too easy sometimes. The difficulty feels high, yet it blocks moves effortlessly. When there’s a closed position with three stones on one side, instead of extending to four, it jumps straight to five. This gives away clues about where the five-line forms.

I really like the app. The design is great, especially in dark mode. But on my Pixel 7 Pro, it only worked the first time. Now, it keeps getting stuck on "deciding game rules." I even uninstalled the app and cleared the cache, but nothing has changed.

This game demands constant purchases of coins, gems, or tickets to continue playing. Every little feature comes with a price tag, making you pay for everything from stones to boards. The costs are outrageous; unlocking everything could run into hundreds of euros. With plenty of better choices on the Play Store, there's no need to support this greed-driven developer. Time to uninstall this cash grab.
