FAQS

1.I bought something in-game and didn’t receive it.

- You might want to try the Restore Purchases option under the in-game settings menu. That will give you what you paid for in most cases.

- If that doesn’t work, though, don’t worry: we can get you a refund (and a heartfelt apology).

2.How do I get a refund for a purchase?

It depends if you’re playing the game on Android or iOS.

On Android:

We’ll need the 17-digit transaction codes (in the GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX format) which should be in the email message sent by Google Play to the email address used for the transaction. You can find more about how to retrieve the transaction codes here.

Just send the GPA codes to user.support@tappsgames.com and we’ll take care of the rest!

On iOS:

Apple’s refund procedure is a bit different, as it doesn’t allow developers to refund users directly.

But worry not: you can get your money back by following a few quick steps:

= Launch Mail from your Home screen.

= Search for “Your receipt from Apple” if it’s not immediately visible.

= Tap on the receipt for the purchase your want refunded. (Unless you remember the date, there’s no way to tell which receipt is which unless you tap it to open it, so you might end up tapping a lot…)

= Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase you want to report. You will be redirected to Apple’s problem reports page.

= Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.

= Tap Choose Problem and select a problem from the menu. Describe the issue that prompted you to ask for a refund and submit your answer.

That’s it. Apple should get back to you in a few days.

3.I opened the game and all my progress was gone! NOOOOOOOOO!

Scary! But do not despair, young one: there’s an easy and quick solution for that, which works surprisingly well: simply close the app and reopen it.

Too easy, right?

4.I’ve got a monthly subscription for one of your games and I need to cancel it. Help!

Cancelling subscription is not hard at all.

On Android:

= Launch the Google Play Store

= Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.

= Alternatively, tap Menu -> My Apps -> Tap the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel -> Tap the app’s details page. (Reminder:  “Splashtop 2” is now known as “Splashtop Personal.”)

= Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.

Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.

On iOS:

= Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

= Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

= Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.

= Tap Subscriptions.

= Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

- If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Learn what to do if you still can’t view your subscription.

- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.I ran into a nasty bug! Can you guys fix it please?

Well, we’ll most certainly try our best! If you wish to report a bug, there’s a few bits of info you can send us to help us investigate and fix it faster, such as:

= Your device model;

= The version of Android or iOS you’re currently using;

= The version of the game you have installed

6.My game won’t download new levels, even though I have a perfectly fine internet connection. Whyyy?

Fret not, my friend. More often than not, this happens because you haven’t given the app the permission to access your phone storage. You can check if this is the case by following these quick steps:

(1) On your device, open the main Settings app .

(2) Tap Apps or Application Manager (depending on your device, this may look different).

(3) Tap the app you want to review.

(4) Tap Permissions. …

(5) You can consider turning permissions on to see if that resolves your issue. …

(6) Try using the app again.
