【About Challenge Mode】

Survival duration is the core objective of gameplay. The challenge mode features a expansive map for exploration, excluding BOSS scenes and scenarios with NPCs.

In Professional difficulty, failing to survive deletes the saving file, restarting the challenge instantly.

In Normal difficulty, the save rule follows the same as the game's normal mode.

However, this vaccine caused a global epidemic, turning populations into DNA-altering zombies. The backstory of this game is set in 201x where Faith Energy Company, a pharmaceutical company that specializes in cancer research announces the discovery of a vaccine that could potentially grant eternal life. The vaccine called the Human X Plan, is quickly rolled out to the public.

However, the vaccine has a disastrous side effect: it turns those who consumed it into zombies. The outbreak of the zombie virus quickly spreads across the globe, and within a matter of weeks, the world is overrun by the undead. As the chaos unfolds, you find yourself trapped in a city that has been transformed into a nightmare.

Now since your city is completely overrun with zombies, it is important that you use your skills and cunning to survive and uncover the truth behind the Human X Plan. Along the way, will meet a cast of survivors who will help you on your journey. Some of these survivors will be trustworthy allies, while others will be more dangerous. Your choices will have a profound impact on the story, and ultimately, your fate.

The game also unveils the story of Big Brother and Moira whose dialogues eventually covers the prequel of the story. Later we also come to know about Hamburger, a faithful dog who helps them to rebuild their community. Hence, the gameplay is a mix of survival and strategy elements. You must explore the world to find resources, build a shelter, and craft weapons and tools. You must also fight off zombies and other survivors.

Introducing the in-game Map

Lumberyard: The Lumberyard is a new map that was added in the latest DLC. It is a large and dangerous area that is full of zombies and other dangers. However, it is also home to a lot of resources, including potatoes, medicinal herbs, and wheat.

Each map has its own unique challenges and rewards. The map that you choose to explore will depend on your play style and your goals. If you are looking for a challenge, then you should explore the City. If you are looking for resources, then you should explore the Forest or the Lumberyard.
