With the S Health application on your mobile device, you can easily locate the nearest pharmacy or receive alerts for upcoming vaccination deadlines. It also includes resources for pregnant women to help them navigate their pregnancy journey.

The Mobile Health Applications offer a variety of features:

This application is designed for the general public, and users have access to both standard and private functionalities. It has been developed by Czech industrial health insurance.

Questions and solutions

How to log in to the application

To log in to the application, you must be registered in the Electronic Counter of the Czech Pension Insurance Agency. Registration can be conveniently done using the "Register for the E-counter" function.

After registration, or for previously registered users, the following procedure applies:

In the Settings menu (gear in the upper right corner), select "Set login details".

If you are logging in for the first time and do not know your password, select "I need to get a login password".

In the displayed form, fill in your login name and mobile number that you registered in the Czech Pension Insurance Agency's E-counter. The login name is usually your birth certificate number (without the slash) or your e-mail address. Use the "Generate" button to send your request.

If both data match (they are registered in the E-counter), we will send you a password valid for logging in to the mobile application via SMS.

In the Settings menu, select "Set login details" again and this time select "I know my login password".

Fill in your login name (the same as when requesting a password) and the password you received in an SMS message. Click the "Login" button to complete your login.

You will then be prompted to set a PIN, which is a minimum four-digit numeric code that will protect the private functions of the mobile application. There is no need to repeatedly log in to the mobile application as described above. The application will remain permanently logged in, but will only require you to enter a PIN the first time you use the private function. If you have alternative access methods on your mobile device, such as a fingerprint, this method will also work in addition to the PIN.

At the beginning of the year, the Step for Health function stopped counting my steps

Google has recently been revoking previously granted permissions for reading step data. This applies to multiple applications; in our application, this fact is reflected in a zero number of steps. In the Step for Health function, in this case, you just need to select the Google account selection (the icon in the top left). Select "Change account" and select the same account that you were using (to which the mobile phone is connected). If the page with Google information is subsequently displayed, you must confirm the entire dialog, or allow permissions if required (the dialog is slightly different in each version of Android). After this intervention, this year's steps should load correctly and Step for Health will start working again. The second option is that Google will start sending system notifications with a fix for the problem with the Health app on your mobile phone. Clicking on the notification will display a similar dialog and completing the consent will lead to the correct loading of steps again. You will not lose the loaded steps during the temporary unavailability of the function.

I am logged in, but some functions report "wrong name or password"

If you experience this problem, we recommend setting the application to DEMO mode (in the application settings), then requesting a new password and logging in with it when you receive it. We also note that this situation can also occur after you have changed your login name to an email address on the E-counter website. Then you must create a new login in the mobile application using your email as the login name.

    Great helper. Right now, Bonus plus is not working. It shows a message "Cannot connect to the internet." Everything else in the app and elsewhere works perfectly.

    I downloaded this app just for the reimbursement of preventive programs. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me because I'm self-employed. I have to go to a branch or send things by mail. If you run a business and don’t want to make trips to those few branches, it’s better to look for insurance elsewhere.

    Your application is packed with information. At times, it feels overwhelming. It could benefit from a fresh design and improved user experience. Strangely, I find myself wanting more clarity on what policyholders are entitled to under the insurance and what comes as an additional cost. Some up-to-date information would also be appreciated.

    The app works quite well. I can easily find everything important like statements and other documents. I can also submit things like contributions, so there's no need to visit a branch. Everything is accessible online. I'm satisfied. I could jokingly say it feels like a must-have for anyone insured. However, there's always room for improvement.
