--If you are a teacher, teacher or education professional and are registering with Wuolah to share materials with students, you should know that when registering, you must use school emails instead of personal emails.

--This is because at Wuolah, we use multiple intelligent algorithms to automatically provide all subjects and courses in different educational centers, and one of the main criteria for managing these algorithms is the abbreviation of email. If you use traditional email addresses like @gmail or @hotmail, it will be harder to provide you with specific learning content and you will not be able to benefit from future features we have prepared specifically for schools and colleges using Wuolah.

1. What is Wolla's research?

If you are a student, this is your platform

In Spain you can find ESO Research, Bachelor's Degree, Formative Cycle, Selective-EVAU, Degree and Postgraduate Students. If you study in LATAM outside Spain, you will conduct university and pre-university studies in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile. We also have university studies in Italy and Peru.

But don't worry! We will not stop until all students conduct the entire training phase of research in the country where they study.

2. How to set up my profile?

--From there you can manage aspects such as profile pictures, biography, gender, date of birth, etc...

3. What should I do if the username I want is already registered?

If you try to select a username that has been registered on the platform, you need to select another username. Remember that you can add your real name to your profile to provide more information to your followers

For your nickname to be considered valid, it must satisfy the following characteristics:

--Do not exceed 15 characters

--Do not include the words "Admin" or "Wuolah" in any variant, whether in upper or lower case

--Only the following characters are supported:

--Letters from "a" to "z"

--Numbers 0 to 9

--As shown below: "_"

4. How to turn Wuolah notifications on/off?

In your profile, you can activate or deactivate notifications about commercial communications at any time. Just follow the steps below:

5. What notes can I upload?

You can upload all documents in PDF format to Wuolah. Do not share books, manuals or any works that are not your original author or do not have the corresponding right to use
