Exciting news! The developer heard my plea and managed to recover the hints I lost. That means I can finally give this app the star rating it deserves! I was upset because I had to buy hints twice, but the first time it resulted in a total reset to level one with zero hints left. I read that linking to Facebook might help, so I tried that. The second time, my hints were reset to zero out of nowhere, although my level progress was saved. It didn't make sense to link to Facebook if refreshing via it wasn't an option. I reached out to the developer for assistance, but unfortunately, I received no response.

I got a new phone and my hints didn't transfer over. I contacted support and they sent me instructions to reset my account in less than a day, plus a bonus. Customer service for this game rocks!

So, there was this thing with the Word Bubbles game. I had been playing for months, making progress, you know? Then suddenly, out of nowhere, it threw me back to the beginning level. Can you imagine? Annoying, right? I reached out to Appropre, and they were quick to get back to me. They sent over a code and detailed instructions on how to fix it. And you know what? It actually worked! Oh man, you won't believe what just happened! I was doing so well in this game, I had like 1300 to 1500 hints saved up and I'd been playing for years. But now, out of nowhere, I only have 7 hints left and I'm back at the beginning. The levels I was on before were super tough, but now they're so easy even a 5-year-old could breeze through them!

I love this game! It's so well designed and just the right amount of challenging. And the best part is, it doesn't have a million annoying microtransactions.

I love this game and its concept! It's really challenging and has various types of games to play. You can also take on daily challenges. The support from the developer is fantastic. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have a night mode.

Absolutely! It'd be fantastic to have the option of paying for an ad-free version of the app. Another great feature would be the ability to sync our progress to the Google Play Store, making it easier to switch between different devices without losing our progress.

I got a new fun app and transferred it over. But guess what? It took me all the way back to the beginning! Ahhh! I have no idea why, but the app decided to restart on its own. Going through the first few levels all over again is just so dull. And to make matters worse, those pesky advertisements don't even care if your sound is off. This means you can't enjoy this app in places like trains, buses, or anywhere public without attracting unwanted attention. So frustrating!
