I thought I had canceled my Wondery+ subscription, but I was recently charged. What can I do?

If you’ve received a charge from Wondery for a Wondery+ subscription that you believed you had cancelled or meant to cancel before your billing date, we’re happy to help you out. 

Please reach out to our support team here and we’ll do our best to ensure that your account is canceled and offer a refund where applicable. Just be sure to let us know the email address that was associated with your Wondery+ account and where you initially subscribed:
