How do I share my Ecard?

There are several ways to share your JibJab creations!

The easiest and fastest way is to click the "Share" button just below your Ecard after you have created it:

You will then see a popup with the option to share your card via Facebook, link, or email! You can schedule an Ecard to send on a later date using the "Email" option. 

If you do not see a "Share" button, please turn off any ad-blockers, as they may prevent the Share button from loading. 

If you want to share a card you've already created, you can do so from the "My Ecards" section of our website. Here you can copy the direct link to the card you created, or click "Share" to receive the sharing options above. 

We offer even more ways to share with the JibJab mobile app! The app is free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also find it at getjibjab.com. 

From the mobile app you can share your creations via text, email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more!

    You have a yearly subscription to this app. It brings a mix of frustration and love. Problems keep popping up. Right now, it says "no Internet connection." Other apps work just fine. You restarted the Wi-Fi router. You also restarted JibJab, but the same message keeps appearing. It allows card creation with old faces, but adding new faces leads to that annoying "No Internet connection...please try again" message repeatedly.

    The app is frustrating to use. Constant crashes make it nearly impossible to add photos. Each time I try adding faces, it takes multiple attempts before I just give up entirely. I've had the app for just three hours, and it's crashed at least 15 times. Every click seems to send it into a tailspin. I have plenty of free memory, both internal and external, and my pictures are clear and high quality. Despite paying for a membership, the app fails to save my photos before crashing. The concept is fantastic, and I love the videos, but the constant freezing and crashing make it not worth the effort. It's in serious need of improvements.

    Editing faces in this app feels like a nightmare! The mouth never lines up right. Deleting faces is impossible. No instructions come with the app. Phone and tablet versions don't sync. Such a shame because some of the eCards are hilarious! I won't be renewing my subscription. JibJab really dropped the ball charging so much for such a low-quality app.

    Ten years ago, my daughter and I discovered JibJab. We're still making memories together! Many other apps exist, but JibJab stands out as the best. If you donā€™t jump in, you miss out! The app is super easy to navigate, has an awesome interface, and brings tons of fun and laughter. Thank you, JibJab, for all these memorable years!

    This app used to be a favorite of mine. Now it consistently has issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I reached out to customer support. They always respond with apologies and promises of fixes. It's beyond frustrating. Just when I think itā€™s improving, it goes right back to being completely unusable. Itā€™s so confusing. How can it work for a bit, then stop working again? Itā€™s such a cycle.
