Winelivery is a home delivery service for quality alcoholic beverages and drinks.

Through our website and app (iOS or Android), you can purchase wine, craft beer, or your favorite drink, as well as water, ice, and soft drinks, and have it delivered in less than 30 minutes, at the perfect temperature!

How does Winelivery work?

To find out which bottles we deliver to your home, simply enter your address. From there, it's all easy: choose your bottles, add a payment method, and relax; one of our drivers will ring your doorbell in less than 30 minutes. If the bottles are a gift, or if you're simply someone who can plan ahead, you can order days in advance: just choose the delivery date and time at checkout.

What types of products can I find on Winelivery? We personally select the finest wines from Sicily to Alto Adige, while also keeping an eye on international markets: more and more bottles are coming from other major wine producers, such as France, Germany, and New Zealand.

Winelivery offers a wide selection of wines, but not only that. On our portal, you'll also find a selection of craft beers, spirits like vodka, rum, digestifs, and cocktail kits, not to mention bottled water, ice, and much more. Our team of sommeliers personally selects the products on the site to ensure high quality at the right price.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order depends on the store. It varies between €10 and €15.

Are there delivery costs?

Winelivery guarantees free delivery above a certain threshold, which may vary from city to city.

Is Winelivery's 30-minute, temperature-controlled delivery service available throughout Italy?

Click here and scroll down to discover all the cities where the express service is available. If you don't see your city, don't worry: we're constantly expanding and will soon be there! If you're not in one of the cities covered by the 30-minute service but still want to order our wines, you can do so without a problem, and we guarantee delivery by courier in 2-3 business days!

In areas surrounding our cities, we've activated a same-day delivery service: orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day, while orders received after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day. Find out what coverage is available in your area!

Will my order arrive at the right temperature?

The Winelivery service delivers products at the ideal temperature only in areas covered by the "express" service (in 30 or 45 minutes).

For all orders with e-commerce delivery (2-3 business days) or same-day delivery (Hinterland areas), we do not guarantee the ideal temperature upon receipt of the product.

If you would like your bottles delivered "at a different temperature," please contact us at +39 02 38583592. We will inform our colleagues who will process your request.

Can I place an order in advance?

Of course, you can schedule orders in advance and choose any delivery time, as long as it is during business hours.

Can I choose a delivery time for same-day or courier orders?

For same-day delivery orders, delivery will take place between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM. It is possible to specify a delivery time, but it cannot always be met.

For orders placed with a courier, it's not possible to schedule a specific delivery time unless you make arrangements directly with the courier once you receive the tracking code, directly on the courier's website.

Can I also give gifts with Winelivery?

It's always a great idea to give the gift of a good wine or a winery tour!

If you choose to give a bottle as a gift, you can have it delivered to whoever you want at the perfect time: when completing your order, at checkout, you can request gift wrapping and a personalized handwritten note to make the gift even more special.
