    It stopped working three updates ago. I haven't been able to open it since July. I hoped the update this week would fix things, but it still doesn't work. Another update came out on September 1, and the issue remains unresolved. I have thousands of points, and I can’t use them.

    The available points are fewer than what was reported in the email. They can only be used for specific coupons. If someone wants to pay the bill, they need to provide all credit card details. A poor session management leads to frustrating access issues. Online orders can only be placed through WhatsApp.

    The app is full of bugs. When trying to redeem a birthday coupon, it never generates the QR code. Frustrating experience!

    What a frustrating experience with the registration process! Waiting up to 15 minutes for the registration email is simply unacceptable. It's baffling how slow it is. They should definitely avoid letting interns handle the backend or the email server.

    What a disaster. It doesn’t work at all. You end up in a WhatsApp chat that freezes when you try to pay. No way to start over. No help available. You just switch restaurants instead. One of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered.
