Once you're offline, you can engage with lessons, complete quizzes, and read the Bible, submitting your results when you reconnect to the internet. WBS Lite is specially designed so you can have your phone offline and progress through courses. You can download all the content when connected to the internet. When you disconnect you can read lessons, take quizzes, read the Bible, then send your results when you connect to the internet again. WBS Lite is designed to be data-friendly. The information transferred between you, the system, and your Study Helper is secure and minimal to be affordable for your data plan.

When online, WBS Lite is structured to be efficient in terms of data usage. The data exchanged between you and the system, as well as your Study Helper, is secure and kept to a minimum to ensure it suits your data plan.

DO I NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS?

No. You can register and log in using WhatsApp! An email isn't required. Notifications and communication with your Study Helper can be done via WhatsApp.

DO I NEED WHATSAPP?

No. You also have the option to register and log in using an email address! While WhatsApp isn’t essential for studying the lessons, it’s necessary if you wish to message your Study Helper.

IS MY DATA SAFE?

Absolutely! When using WhatsApp or providing your email, your Study Helper does not gain direct access to your contact details since they utilize our website's mailbox or in-app messaging for communication.

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH MY STUDY HELPER?

WBS Lite connects to your WhatsApp account with your consent. All interactions between you and your Study Helper are secured by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. You can effortlessly send messages to your Study Helper and request assistance from the WBS team if needed.

WHAT CAN I DOWNLOAD?

You decide what to download. You may opt to download all courses or select only a few at a time. You can download all images or just a single one per lesson. WBS Lite allows you to download the entire Bible onto your device, or you can choose individual books or chapters to save data. The app also includes useful study notes to enhance your Bible reading experience, ensuring that you learn directly from scripture rather than relying on human interpretation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It’s completely free! Courses offered by World Bible School come at no charge. Funding for WBS is sourced from the generous contributions of Christians dedicated to helping students strengthen their faith in God and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

WHAT IS A WBS “STUDY HELPER”?

A WBS Study Helper is a Christian companion who assists you in comprehending the Bible as you navigate the WBS courses. These Study Helpers are regular individuals like yourself who volunteer their time to support others. Your Study Helper will exchange lessons with you, evaluate your answers, provide feedback, help identify scriptures for your questions, and serve as a partner in prayer.

CAN I PROCEED AT MY OWN PACE?

Learning from the Bible should be a joyful experience, not a chore. There are no deadlines or schedules, allowing you to approach the courses whenever you have the time. Use WBS Lite, the website, or even postal mail for your learning journey.
