It was a total scam with the pricing. I picked up two items, and the total came out to be 21 euros. But then when I went to pay, they suddenly wanted 30 euros from me. I tried this three times, and each time the price magically changed on me.

I want to emphasize that you should not download this app because the people behind it are scammers. About six weeks ago, I placed an order through the app and haven't received anything yet. When I reached out to customer support for help, I was only met with an automated response repeating the same message every time. They kept saying my order is on the way, but then sent a link showing a completely different item in transit, which was not what I had ordered. To make matters worse, they informed me that I would receive a refund since it exceeded their 40-day policy, but I have yet to see any money returned or the items I paid for. This is definitely a scam!

I bought 3 mobile phones from them because they looked great in the pictures. But when I got the phones, they were nothing like what was described. The apps and functions were all fake, it felt more like a toy than a real phone. I spent months arguing with them. Eventually, I had to send the phones back to Germany at my own expense before I finally got my money back. I paid using PayPal and Klarna. If you don't mind wasting your money, then go ahead and buy from them.

I got lots of great products from this app. Everything is top-notch. Also, their customer service is awesome. They have 24/7 support and package tracking too.

Oh no, the shipping and delivery times for this product are really long compared to others. Normally it only takes 2-3 weeks for items from China to arrive, but with this one it's taking way longer - around 1 1/2 to 2 months to get to Italy. It's frustrating because it's not worth the wait or the money. I prefer using another platform where the delivery is much faster than yours.

Oh no, this app was a total letdown! They couldn't even get the size right for the clothes I ordered. I asked for a size L set and they sent me a size 3XL that had "L" written on it. When I reached out to them about it and showed them pictures of how huge it was on me, they still insisted it was the correct size. The quality of the clothes was really bad too. My advice is to steer clear of this app and not waste your money on it.

I have been having a lot of trouble with Voghion. The clothes they send me don't fit; they are way too small for the size I ordered. On top of that, I got some shoes from them - Nike Air Max - and they fell apart in three different places within only three and a half weeks. But when I tried to get an exchange or refund, they refused. I really recommend that everyone find somewhere else to shop.
