VNC Viewer for Android is the original open-source (GPL) remote desktop program designed for Android devices. It enables connections to a variety of VNC servers, including TightVNC, RealVNC on Windows and Linux, x11vnc, and Apple Remote Desktop on OS X. The application offers numerous customizable features that allow users to tailor how their device controls align with their desktop controls.

How to install VNC Viewer for Android on your Android device:

1.Click on the Continue To App button on our website. This will redirect you to Google Play.

2.Once the VNC Viewer for Android is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.

3.A pop-up window with the permissions required by VNC Viewer for Android will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.

4.VNC Viewer for Android will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.

Version 0.7.1 - Following a period of inactivity, VNC for Android has been revised to provide access to menus on newer Android devices.

    That's awesome! I can adjust the sound system in my house even when I'm not there by connecting to the main computer with VNC from my HTC Incredible phone. It makes me really happy!

    Absolutely, it was a great experience using tightvnc on Windows 7. However, I encountered an issue where I couldn't send a custom string. When I tried to do so, a blank white bar popped up and I was unable to interact with it on my Galaxy S2 device.

    I am frustrated because I cannot connect to my Raspberry Pi. The user interface is extremely unattractive and difficult to use in a vertical format like a tablet or cellphone.

    Oh no, it looks like this app is really outdated! The developers seem to have left it behind and won't be fixing any issues. It seems like there's no way to access mouse cursor control, and the performance is pretty sluggish.

    I really like this app ever since I got my Evo phone. It's still great and better than others because of its features. The only thing I would change is to add an option to always start with the numerical keyboard.
