Through the app, you can:

How do I access the gym? Do I need to book?
To access, use the VivaGym My App. Log in, tap the QR code next to your name, and hold your phone to the reader located at the turnstiles. The QR code is personal and non-transferable, and you'll also need to use it to exit the club.
If you want to participate in a guided activity, you must reserve it in advance to avoid missing out. Remember to be at the studio door at least 5 minutes before the start of the session. After this time, your reservation will be canceled, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that entry to the studio will not be permitted 5 minutes after the start of the class.
Features of the access reservation system
Entry will be made exclusively through the turnstiles (except for people with reduced mobility) with the QR code generated in your VivaGym My App.
How do I book guided activities?
If you have a ONE Membership, you'll have 2 hours' notice to book, 36 hours if you have a FLEX Membership, or 48 hours if you have a PRIME Membership (with which you can book two guided activities per day at any club).
Is the gym open on holidays? What are its hours?
We're open 363 days a year. On December 25th and January 1st, the clubs will be closed. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the clubs will close at 3:00 PM.

Are there free training plans?
Yes, free training plans are available, divided by level and goal. You can find them in your VivaGym My App in the "Workouts/Training Plans" section.
