About logging in

I can't authenticate my login (the login screen keeps appearing)

Due to a change in Twitter's specifications, it seems that you can no longer log in using browsers other than the standard browser (including Chrome) (this also happens with other apps). If the login screen opens in a browser other than the standard browser, please change the settings so that the login screen opens in the standard browser.

Specifically, open the device settings, open the app settings, select "Apps that open the login screen automatically," and erase the "Launch by default" setting. (The wording of the menu may differ depending on the device.)

You may also be able to log in by authenticating with Chrome instead of the standard browser, so please try that as well.

I can't add an account

If you cannot add an account even though you have not reached the account limit, please check the following.

On the authentication screen that appears when you press "Add Account," if you are already logged in, click "Logout" from the icon in the upper right corner and log in again with the account you want to add.

When I try to tweet, it says "failed" and I can't tweet.

An authentication error may have occurred. (This may occur if you unlink this app from the Twitter web.)

From the app's menu ⇒ Account, select "Add Account" and log in with the same account as you are currently using.

You will then be re-authenticated and will be able to post.
