How can I watch TV on TvProfil?

On TvProfil, you can follow the TV schedule of your favorite series, shows or movies, as well as all additional information about them. Unfortunately, the portal does not allow you to watch television or individual shows, series or movies.

Can I follow the TV schedule offered by TvProfil on my mobile device?

The channel I follow is not among the TvProfil channels. Can you add it?

Why are some channels unavailable?

Can TvProfil change the broadcast time of a TV series, show or movie?

TvProfil only displays the broadcast schedule of television programs and has no influence on the specific broadcast time of a TV series, show or movie or their content.

How can I create my own channel list?

On the home page, there is a blue menu bar where you can find the "Channels" button. By clicking on this button you will get the channel customization area. In this area you can select the desired channels individually or click on the "Other countries" button which will take you to an area where you can easily set all channel preferences by selecting your country, language, time zone and your preferred TV service provider (operator). You can also access the channel editing area by clicking on the Setup button in the upper right corner.

How to remove a channel from your list?

Click on the 'Channels' button on the blue menu bar to customize your channels (uncheck the channels you want to remove and click Save).

How to delete a TvProfil account?

In the user settings you need to select "Edit profile" -> "Delete profile" (Delete profile)

How to reset your password?

On the login form you can select lost password, a link will be sent to your e-mail via which you will set a new password (Lost password)
