How do I cancel my package?
We think it's disappointing that you're considering ending your package with us. We really value you as a customer and want to make sure you're happy with our service, don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can improve. If you've decided to end it anyway, we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Follow the steps below:
Log in to tv4play.se.
Click on your name / the three lines in the top right and select settings.
Click on your subscription and select manage for your package.
Click on end package at the bottom
Select the reason why you want to end
Confirm the cancellation by clicking on End package
Does my package have a notice period or a binding period?
What is a binding period?
If you have a binding period on your subscription, it means that it cannot be terminated before the binding period is over.
How do I know if I have a binding period?
It is easy to forget whether the package had a binding period or a notice period. Under Settings on tv4play.se you can see if your package has a binding period. When you made your purchase with us, you received an order confirmation sent to your email address, which also states the binding period. Our packages have no notice period, but you keep the package for the time you paid for or until the binding period ends.
What happens when my binding period is over?
After the binding period, the subscription automatically switches to an ongoing subscription without a binding period, which also means that the price is adjusted to the regular price that appears in the order confirmation.
Which devices do we support?
We always recommend that you use a network cable when streaming via a Samsung Smart TV, Apple TV or Android TV. If you use WiFi, there is a risk that you will not get a stable connection or the required speed.
Our minimum requirements for your network speed when streaming via our apps or our website are at least 10 Mbit/s in download, 4 Mbit/s in upload and a response time of 1-20 MS.
For security reasons, we do not allow anonymized traffic via proxy, VPN and similar services. This means that you as a user with us cannot access our content if you use such a service.
If you have updated your device and do not reach our minimum version requirement, it may be that your device will no longer receive updates to the operating system.

See our range via PC or Mac. Our minimum requirements for each browser are that you have the latest version of the following:

Tablet and mobile
iOS: You must have iOS version 14 or higher to be able to use the app.
Android: You must have Android version 7.1 or higher and that the phone/tablet is Google certified.
Digital TV
Watch via your TV operator. Our selection is available from most digital TV operators.
Apple TV (4 and 5)
Download our app (tvOS 16.0 or higher required) and watch via Apple TV 4 and 5 (4K) to your TV.
Chromecast
Watch our selection from mobile or tablet via a Chromecast (generation 2 or newer) to your TV. Read more about how it works here.
Older models of TVs may have difficulties with Chromecast's refresh rates. If you experience an abnormal amount of image stuttering, try adjusting the refresh rate on the Chromecast.
