Download the app called “Transport Card” (T-Card) to create virtual transport cards, manage the balance of your own and your family’s cards, track your travel history, set up event push notifications, recharge transport cards online, and buy passes.
The “Transport Card” app is designed to be user-friendly and offers various functionalities for those using transport (including social) and bank cards within the “Electronic Travel Pass” Transport System. To access maps on multiple devices, you need to sign up using a valid email address. Once registered, depending on your preferences, you can set up access to the app with a four-digit PIN, and if compatible with your device, you can also use fingerprint authentication.
To integrate a transport card into the app, you will need to input the card’s PAN number (a unique 19-digit code found on the back of the card) or scan the barcode located on the reverse side (this option may vary by card type). For adding a bank card, you should enter the 16, 18, or 19-digit number located on the front of the card and choose the respective usage region.
*Note that online top-ups for transport cards may not be available in every area.
Transport Card (T-Card): Streamlining Commutes with Smart, Secure Convenience
The Transport Card (T-Card) app redefines modern travel management by seamlessly unifying every aspect of transit card usage into one intuitive, powerful platform. From the moment I downloaded the app, its sleek design and straightforward setup impressed me—signing up with an email took seconds, and the option to secure access via PIN or fingerprint authentication added immediate peace of mind. Integrating my physical transport card was effortless: scanning the barcode on the back (a feature that worked flawlessly for my card type) instantly synced my balance and travel history, while manually entering PAN numbers for family members’ cards proved equally simple. The app’s ability to track every journey in real time transformed how I plan routes and budget my commutes, and the event push notifications kept me informed of service updates without overwhelming my inbox.
What truly elevates T-Card is its versatility. Managing both transport and linked bank cards within a single interface eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple apps, and the option to purchase passes or recharge balances online (where available) saved me countless trips to kiosks. Though regional limitations for online top-ups exist, the app transparently highlights this, ensuring no surprises. The inclusion of multi-device compatibility means I can check my card’s status on my tablet or phone interchangeably—perfect for families or frequent travelers. Whether you’re a daily commuter or an occasional rider, T-Card’s blend of practicality, security, and innovation makes it indispensable. It’s not just an app; it’s a travel companion that empowers users to take control of their journeys, one smart feature at a time.
