FAQs:

1. **Is Tourvisor primarily for tourists or travel agencies? Can ordinary tourists book travel products directly on it? **

Tourvisor is a platform that caters to both tourists and travel agencies, allowing both parties to use it. Ordinary tourists can use it directly—they can search for travel packages and hotels, filter by departure location and date, and once they find a suitable product, they can either pay through a recommended offline store on the platform or follow the prompts to complete the booking, without having to go through other platforms. Travel agencies have a dedicated login portal that provides access to resources from partner tour operators and helps clients plan their trips.

2. **When searching for travel packages on Tourvisor, can I see all the fees? Will there be any additional charges after booking? **

The platform clearly states that there are no hidden fees. Additional fees (such as service fees, taxes, etc.) are directly included in the prices you search for, and there are no last-minute charges after booking. You can also compare the total prices of different packages, making it easy to find the best value without having to calculate all the extra costs yourself.

3. **I want to travel from Moscow to Turkey for 6-14 nights. How can I quickly find a suitable package on Tourvisor? **

After opening the platform, select "Departure City - Moscow" and "Destination Country - Turkey" in the "Search for Tour Packages" section. Then, enter "Travel Dates (between the 20th and 29th)", "Number of Nights (6-14 nights)", and "Number of Travelers (e.g., 2 adults)". You can also add filters (such as hotel class and restaurant type). Click Search to view packages that meet your requirements, eliminating the need to search through pages.

4. **Does Tourvisor operate its own tours? Are they reliable? **

No, they integrate products from 110 partner tour operators, all of which are screened by the platform. The platform has been operating since 2010 and has accumulated a large user base. It's widely used by both casual travelers and travel agencies, making it relatively reliable, eliminating the need to worry about being linked to smaller agencies.

5. **If I want to view tour packages anytime, is there a mobile app? **

Yes, there is an official Tourvisor app available for download on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. You can search for packages and check orders directly on your mobile phone, and you can adjust your itinerary at any time when you go out, which is more convenient than on a computer.
