    This app you have, it's just for your ticket. It's not meant for the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona. There is no special app for that bus. You can't know where the bus stop is or when the next one arrives. I enjoy riding those buses, but this time was really bad because there's no app. Even when you're on the bus, you can't tell which stops are coming up. I would advise against using the Barcelona Bus Turistic.

    I bought tickets for the Vatican for four people. Two adults and two children. The official price was 17 euros per adult and 8 euros for kids. This service charged 4 euros per ticket. An extra service fee was charged by the app company. Altogether, I paid around 86 euros. Maybe the service is worth the almost doubled price, but I disagree.

    Oh no! My wife accidentally ordered from this shady 3rd party site. The app won't install because it claims it's already there. Now we got denied at the door because they have no record of our purchase. They can't find our tickets under the email we provided or any other info. This system can't even search for the ticket, invoice, or transaction number. And to top it off, it's super slow. This feels like a total piracy situation.

    So, I was really looking forward to visiting the Louvre Museum. I got a ticket that included an audio guide which was supposed to be this cool app from the Play Store. But man, it just wouldn't work no matter what I did. I shot them some emails about this issue but those guys only replied when the museum was almost shutting down for the day. Like seriously?! I even sent them a photo to show them that their app was busted. But you know what? They didn't seem too bothered by it. Instead of fixing things or giving me my money back, they just tried to lure me with some discount deal for future purchases. Really? Like why would I wanna support a company that doesn't give a hoot about its customers? And after that, they just ghosted me. Like, seriously!?

    I recently spent 8 euros on what I thought were "Fast track - No queue" tickets for the Salvador Dali Museum but ended up getting scammed. When we arrived, there was no separate fast track entrance as promised. Instead, everyone with prepaid tickets had to wait in the same line to enter the museum. To make matters worse, tickets purchased through the museum's own app were 8 euros cheaper! My suggestion is to skip using this app and instead opt for apps provided by the actual establishments, as they often offer much lower prices. This app turned out to be completely useless with no advantages whatsoever.

    I had a bad experience with Tiqets. I booked a tour and got on the bus. I was expecting a guided walking tour, but instead, they just dropped me off and said to meet back in 3 hours for the trip back to London. Avoid using this company.
