With Ticketcorner.Pass, you receive and manage your tickets entirely digitally. Tickets are transmitted exclusively via the Ticketcorner app. You need this app to retrieve the tickets and present them at the entrance.

How does the purchase process for Ticketcorner.Pass tickets work?

The purchase process in our online shop is the same as for other ticket types. The difference from "traditional" tickets is that you don't receive your Ticketcorner.Pass tickets by mail or email, but rather they are provided via the Ticketcorner app.

What do I need to use Ticketcorner.Pass?

To use Ticketcorner.Pass, you need the latest version of the Ticketcorner app and a smartphone running at least iOS 15 or Android 9.0. You can download the app itself for free from the App Store or Google Play.

How can I retrieve my Ticketcorner.Pass tickets?

Tickets will be made available to you in the Ticketcorner app at a later date, but in good time before the event. To retrieve your tickets, open the Ticketcorner app, tap "Tickets" in the app menu (below), and then tap your event order. Here you will see your barcodes for admission. Please note: Screenshots of the barcode will not be scanned at the entrance. Only Ticketcorner.Pass tickets purchased directly from the app will be accepted at the entrance scan. Only the Ticketcorner.Pass barcode grants admission – there are no physical tickets!

Can I also load my Ticketcorner.Pass ticket into my Wallet?

No, the ticket is only available and valid in the Ticketcorner app. This is the only way to access your ticket(s).

How do I forward the tickets to the people I want to attend the event with?

A few days before the event, the tickets can be forwarded to other Ticketcorner customer accounts. You will be notified of this via email.

Can I buy a ticket if I don't have a smartphone?

A smartphone is required to access the Ticketcorner.Pass.

Why can I only select Ticketcorner.Pass as a delivery method, but not Mobile Ticket, in addition to the mail order or Print@Home ticket? For selected events, the Ticketcorner.Pass ticket replaces the previous Mobile Ticket. If you don't have a smartphone, please choose a different delivery method.

My event has been canceled. What should I do?

If you purchased the tickets directly from Ticketcorner.ch, proceed as follows:

Please enter the barcodes of the affected tickets (each ticket has its own barcode) into the following refund form no later than 30 days after the event date printed on the ticket.

To complete the form, first log in with your customer details (email address used when ordering).

Then enter the barcodes of the affected tickets into the form and complete the entry by clicking <<Request refund>>. The correct entry will be displayed directly on the screen; you will not receive a separate email.

The refund is usually made within 4 weeks to the payment method selected on the form

You do not need to return physical tickets. However, Ticketcorner reserves the right to request the return of physical tickets at any time. Therefore, it is important that you keep the tickets until the ticket price has been refunded. After receipt of the refund, the ticket(s) may be destroyed
