Access civil service services easily on your mobile device to promote a healthier lifestyle for individuals.

★ If you encounter an installation or update issue, clear the data from the Play Store and reinstall The Health Insurance application.

* Steps: Go to Settings → Applications (app info) → Play Store → Storage → Clear data

1.File a complaint here

- You can send five types of certificates, including qualification certifications and proof of insurance premium payments, to the relevant institution via fax.

- Services available include inquiries and payments for insurance premiums, refund inquiries/applications, and viewing treatment details.

2.Health iN

- Access information about health check-ups, treatments, and medication history for yourself and your family members (including infants and children).

- Predict your health age and disease risk based on your health check-up results.

- The national health alert service allows you to assess regional risks for major diseases (eight types) ahead of time.

- Maintain consistent health management by recording measurements such as blood pressure and blood sugar directly or connecting to devices.

3.Long-term care insurance

- Utilize various long-term care civil service offerings, such as applying for long-term care recognition, checking rating results, and verifying home benefit usage history.

4.Customer Service Center

- For support regarding inquiries and issues, utilize post-consultation, chat consultations, and sign language services for those with hearing and speech impairments.

- To foster a people-oriented organization, we are implementing a public proposal initiative and discussion platform.

- Report or suggest efficient budget management and savings for National Health Insurance, as well as report any unfair charges by medical or long-term care institutions.

5.Additional Features

- Log in using any of eight different authentication methods, which include communal, financial, private, and health insurance certificates.

- Set health alarm notifications as a widget that alerts you to major disease risks in specific regions.

- Use the quick action feature to access the certificate issuance screen quickly.

App permissions overview

- Storage: Required to store certificates that require access to photos, media, and files, as well as to verify if the operating system has been compromised for security purposes.

[Optional]

While you can still use the health insurance app without agreeing to these permissions, certain functionalities may be limited.

- Microphone: Facilitates sign language consultations and voice search functions.

- Physical activity: Enables background tracking of metrics like steps taken or distance traveled through mobile sensors.

- Location: Used when seeking nearby facilities, such as hospitals or branches.

- Camera: Connects to sign language counseling.

- Additional: Includes Bluetooth (for registering blood pressure and blood sugar readings), vibration features, etc.

※ These activities encompass fitness and medical service management features.

※ Detailed permissions can be reviewed within the app settings.

[Important]

If using a smartphone running Android version 6.0 or lower, users may face challenges in selectively consenting to optional access permissions for The Health Insurance mobile app (consent is assumed upon installation). If possible, it is advisable to upgrade the smartphone’s operating system to Android 6.0 or higher through the software update function. Furthermore, even after upgrading, existing app permission agreements will remain unchanged, and to reset them, you must uninstall and reinstall the app in question.
