having a simple reminder to drink water and kind of estimate how much I've drank without the need of an expensive water bottle is nice. my only issue is near end of day I can't click on the add water button because it's been pushed off screen, would like a secondary way to be able to add water or allow for screen rotation to access it.
Calculates how much water to drink by weight, and height, and then sets an alarm on your phone to remind you when to drink throughout the day. For my body type, the app has me drinking a total of 64 oz. It splits the schedule into 8 parts: At waking, before and after breakfast, before and after lunch, before and after dinner, and at bedtime. It took one day to learn the schedule. The app provides the information to understand the goals involved. It's a worthwhile app for your phone!
The app is good at reminding you but you can't edit your settings. If you switch from day to night shift and your sleeping and eating hours change you can't change the reminder timed. Numerous times I could not get the app to close. It effectively took over my screen and i couldn't get into my phone. If it happens again I will delete the app.
I send them an email about the glitches and a second after I get a notification that "The address could not be found or is not existing" when I press on the feedback button in the app. This app did not come with "Research" water tracking and it was basic but can drain a whole lot of battery. I’ve been using My Water Reminder for a while now, and it has been incredibly beneficial in helping me stay hydrated. The app’s reminders are customizable and effective, ensuring I never forget to drink water throughout the day. I also love the tracking feature, which gives me insights into my daily water intake and helps me set achievable goals.
This is a good tracking app. I would like the option to digitally type the amount for water intake as the slider is difficult to maneuver to get to the exact amount. I also would like a chime alert option in case I'm not looking at my phone when it's close to time to drink again.
