How do I log in to my existing Club Shopping account?

Users can only log in to The Club mobile app using their The Club member account. If you have not registered or paired a valid The Club member account, please go to https://shop.theclub.com.hk/customer/account/login. Select "Log in with Club Shopping Account" -> Enter your Club Shopping login email and password, follow the prompts to complete the pairing and confirm your Club member account.

What payment methods does Club Shopping accept?

We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, Tap & Go, Alipay Hong Kong, Octopus, WeChat Pay, PayMe, BoC Pay, or FPS.

Interest-Free Instalment Plan:

Applicable to single orders with a net checkout amount of HK$2,000 or more (excluding but not limited to deductions made with Club Points, cash coupons, gift certificates, promotional codes, and shipping charges). You can enjoy a 12- or 24-month instalment plan using designated Bank of China, Hang Seng, HSBC, or Standard Chartered credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The interest-free instalment plan is not applicable to orders with "Self-collection and e-voucher" delivery options.

What is the maximum purchase amount per transaction?

The maximum purchase amount per transaction is:

VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay: Subject to the customer's credit limit

Tap & Go: Subject to the customer's account limit; if using Tap & Go "Tap & Go" Mastercard / Tap & Go For Tap & Go "Tap & Go" UnionPay cards, the maximum purchase amount per transaction cannot exceed HK$50,000 (based on the payment amount).

Alipay Hong Kong: HK$20,000 (based on the payment amount)

Octopus: HK$10,000 (based on the payment amount)

WeChat Pay: HK$20,000 (based on the payment amount)

PayMe: Subject to the customer's account limit

BoC Pay: HK$10,000 (based on the payment amount)

FPS: Subject to the customer's account balance and transfer limit.

For example: The total order price is HK$10,500, and the customer uses 5,000 Club points to deduct HK$1,000. The remaining HK$9,500 can be paid with other payment methods (such as a Tap & Go "Tap & Go" Mastercard).
