If you are a Com Hem TV subscriber, you will have access to all your live TV channels, the ability to restart programs aired in the last week, plus additional movies and series—at no extra cost.

On My Tele2 you can see unpaid and previously paid invoices. Here you will find OCR numbers, plus and bankgiro numbers and other information needed to pay the current invoice. You can also check previous invoices 12 months back in time.

Swish

If you want to pay your invoice via Swish, you can do so by logging in to My Tele2 or via the My Tele2 app, which you can download from the Google Play Store and App Store.

First invoice - and its amount

Your first invoice from us contains your fixed fees, and these are invoiced in advance. You may therefore see a higher amount than expected on your first invoice.

Tele2 Play

1. If your service starts on April 15, you will pay from that date.

2. In mid-May you will receive your first invoice, which will cover the period from April 15 to June 30 - and will include part of April, all of May and all of June.

3. Your second invoice will arrive in mid-June and will cover the advance month of July. Any additional fees such as rental movies, call charges, etc. will be invoiced in arrears. From then on, you will pay for one month at a time.

    Finding what you want to watch is super easy. The experience feels great.

    The app works great overall, even if it throws a few random error messages occasionally. A simple restart usually fixes them. I really want to see a list of favorites for shows. It would be awesome to save search keywords too and have support for multiple languages. After the developer responded, I clarified my thoughts about the favorites feature!

    The app has issues on the Samsung Galaxy S7. It keeps prompting to set Chrome as the default browser, which is frustrating. I'm already using Chrome as my default. It's odd that the browser setting even matters when using the app. Despite everything being set correctly, it simply doesn't function.

    It sounds like you're interested in an Android TV app. You don't use the app often since you have everything on your Nvidia Shield, and Chromecast isn't your go-to either. Makes sense! The Shield is a solid choice for streaming. An Android TV app would definitely make things more convenient for you.

    Casting to Chromecast can be frustrating without a proper Android TV app. Those Swedish subtitles pop up, and finding a way to switch them to English feels impossible. Making them smaller just adds to the struggle. It’s hard to believe the engineers didn’t consider this user experience. You want to enjoy your show without constantly battling those captions. So annoying!

    You downloaded the app expecting it to be in English, but it turned out to be in a different language. That can be frustrating. You might want to check the settings to see if there's an option to switch the language. Hopefully, you can get it sorted out soon!
