Staff on duty in the Tangerang LIVE Room will connect directly with field officers to ensure follow-up. Upon resolution, documentation will be captured and shared with the reporter.
* Emergency 112 - This is a unified emergency call service established through collaboration between the central and local governments, designed to address emergencies involving accidents such as fires, security threats, and medical assistance. This service works in conjunction with cellular and local carriers, allowing users to access it at no cost.
* Online Licensing Application - This application facilitates a smoother and quicker process for obtaining various permits while also aiming to minimize illegal licensing practices within Tangerang City.
* PBB Application - This platform provides public service applications overseen by the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency, including iPBB and the UN Service Status Check.

Mayor of Tangerang, H. Sachrudin, attended the Bhakti Kesehatan activity for Cataract Eye Surgery held at the dr. Sitanala Central General Hospital (RSUP). This social activity was also attended by the Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Senior Commissioner Zain Dwi Nugroho, as well as other invited guests, medical personnel and volunteers who participated in providing free cataract surgery services for the community.

Interestingly, this visit also became a nostalgic moment for Mayor Sachrudin. In front of the participants and invited guests, he recalled the early days of his career when he worked at RSUP Sitanala, the place where he was first appointed as a Civil Servant (PNS).
"RSUP Sitanala has a very special meaning for me personally, when I come here it's like I'm retracing my steps. This is where I started my career as a civil servant for the first time. There are many memories and valuable lessons that I got in this place, which became the foundation of my career journey until now," said Sachrudin with emotion.

This free cataract surgery activity was held as a form of concern for public health and is part of a series of events to welcome the 78th Bhayangkara Day.
