The Taichung Shopping Festival APP offers integrated municipal services, including features like the latest updates, digital citizen virtual cards, single sign-on access, personalized services, information on welfare programs, payment options, and attractive discounts. Additionally, it incorporates functionalities related to the "Taichung Shopping Festival," such as news updates, invoice registration (both scanning and manual entry), partner merchants, invoice records (including lottery tickets, cloud invoices, and online prize redemption), and personal messages, providing citizens with a diverse and convenient digital service experience.

Taichung City Government Local Tax Bureau will hold the "Folk Songs 50: Singing with Tax Joy" concert at 7:30 PM on July 12 at Taichung Zhongshan Hall. Renowned artists including Shi Xiaorong, Yin Zhengyang, Southern Duet, and Bai An will perform on stage, with the "Forest Voice Choir" opening the show. It promises to be a spectacular event.

Admission tickets can be redeemed by donating invoices at any branch of the Tax Bureau or designated libraries. All donated invoices will be contributed to charitable organizations in Taichung. The public is warmly invited to participate and support social welfare.

Tax Bureau Director Shen Zhengan stated that the concert aims to promote tax simplification measures, cloud invoice policies, and social welfare, with ticket redemption through invoice donations. From June 23 to July 8 (weekdays 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, closed 12–1 PM), donate 8 paper invoices (with actual payment ≥NT$10, issued May–July) or 5 cloud invoices at the bureau’s Wenxin, Dazhi, Datun, Dongshi, Dongshan, Fengyuan, Minquan, and Shalu branches, or during opening hours at the Taichung Public Library (main branch, Dadun, North District, Xitun, Xixi, Nantun, Huludun, and Tanzi branches). Each person can redeem up to 6 tickets while supplies last. Note: Libraries only accept paper invoice donations.

The Tax Bureau noted that tickets are required for entry, and visually impaired visitors may bring guide dogs. On-site booths will promote tax policies, archival applications, and anti-corruption initiatives. Attendees can explore Taichung’s tax history, read the comic collection Embracing the Sunlight Heart, and learn about integrity in a relaxed atmosphere.
