Welcome to Swedbank!

With our app, you can manage your everyday banking whenever and wherever you want. You can, among other things, check your balance without logging in, do a quick transfer between accounts, and OCR-scan your invoices. 

The app will help you with the following features:

- Order or renew Mobile BankID

- Overview your loans

- Calculate and apply for a new loan

- 'Shake your balance' without logging in

- Manage your savings

- Send and receive messages from the bank

- Manage and change your recurring subscriptions via 'abonnemangshjälpen' (subscription helper)

- Pay your bills with the help of the OCR scanner

- Create a new savings goal

- Top up your prepaid phone card and Spotify

- Receive push notifications directly to your phone – you choose which push notifications you want to activate.

The easiest way to log in is to use Mobile Bank ID.

Do you want to manage your errands in English? Our app is now available in English; we kindly refer you to change your language settings on your device to receive the English version.

For security reasons, we collect all transactions sent from your computer, mobile device, or other device to our app. This also applies to the IP address that is used when you open our application and use the service. How to log in

1. Go to the internet bank

2. Enter your personal identity number and log in using your Mobile BankID, BankID card or Security token.

1. Open your web browser in your mobile phone, tablet or computer and go to online.swedbank.se

2. Fill in your personal identity number and choose Mobile BankID. Next, click the Log in button.

3. Please start BankID Security app in your mobile device and enter the code you selected when ordering Mobile BankID.

4. You are now logged in. The Start page gives you a quick overview of your finances. You can see your account, the latest transactions and current e-invoices.

    Oh, there's an app, but wait, there are some limits. When paying bills, you can't simply copy an old payment or set up recurring payments. Oh, and forget about snapping a picture of the bill to autofill the details or copying OCR or BG- numbers. You have to type in all the info by hand. Fun. Looking at your credit card info is easy, and you can transfer money to your account. But if you're thinking of paying your credit card from there, well, that option doesn't exist. By the way, don't let the "new app coming soon" message fool you - it's been there for ages!

    So, here's what happened - I was using this app that suddenly stopped working. It was like, "What's going on?" Then I saw this review where someone mentioned needing an OS upgrade to keep using the app. I was like, why didn't they tell us that earlier? And get this, I found out from a reply by the bank, not even from the app itself. How strange is that?

    I don't like this new update. I want my phone to be in English, but I want the app in Swedish. It's so frustrating that I have to deal with a poorly translated version of this app now.

    This app for trash has a new problem every other day. I won't reach out to anyone about it. Next, I'll switch to a different bank. We should celebrate with champagne whenever the app functions correctly.

    Wow, I've been using this app for nearly two years and everything has been smooth sailing. It's designed really well, easy to use, and gets the job done without any fuss.

    The app now requires updating to the latest version to use it. I don't care about new fancy features and I prefer updates with detailed descriptions. I find this situation terrible.
