Tips：

1. **Customize Your Content Push Notifications**

Go to your profile page and select the content categories you want to watch, such as men's and women's football, while unchecking categories you're not interested in, such as youth teams and esports. Adjust your push notification settings as needed to receive only information about the teams you follow, avoiding irrelevant information.

2. **Utilize Stadium Navigation**

When attending a home game, use the stadium navigation function within the app to directly locate the nearest convenience store and restrooms. You can also access exclusive event information for areas like the team museum, eliminating the need to blindly search within the stadium.

3. **Efficiently Manage Your Match Tickets**

Save your season tickets, single-day tickets, etc., as e-tickets within the app for easy access. If you can't attend the game, you can transfer tickets through the app. However, keep an eye on the rollout of this feature; if you don't have access yet, wait for future updates.

4. **Select Viewing Services on Demand**

The free features are sufficient for viewing basic content such as Bundesliga match reports, live match results, women's football, and esports schedules. If you want to watch live matches, full replays, and in-depth post-match analysis, subscribe to WERDER.TV Premium to avoid unnecessary upfront payments.

5. **Partners, Stay Aware of B2B Features**

If you are a team partner, VIP customer, etc., pay attention to app update notifications. Once the dedicated B2B portal is launched, you can use it to check business information, reserve VIP menus, view parking vouchers, etc. Keep an eye out for feature launch notifications to use it promptly.

Related Questions and Answers：

1. **Can I find concession stands and restrooms at home games through the app? Are they difficult to find? **

Yes. The app features indoor navigation for the home stadium (wohninvest WESERSTADION), which directs you directly to the nearest concession stands and restrooms. It also provides information about exclusive events at the WUSEUM (team museum) and fan experience area, eliminating the need to search blindly around the stadium. It's very convenient.

2. **If I bought a ticket but can't attend, can I sell it to someone else through the app? **

Yes, but be aware of the feature's rollout schedule. The app supports saving season and day tickets as e-tickets, allowing you to transfer them directly within the app if you can't attend the game. However, this feature is currently being rolled out gradually, so if it's not available yet, you may need to wait for a future update.

3. **Can I choose to only view content related to men's and women's football, and not youth teams or esports? **

You can customize the content. On the app's profile page, you can choose the types of content you want to receive, for example, by selecting only men's and women's football, and unchecking youth teams, esports, or other topics (like sustainability and membership). Push notifications can then be adjusted to focus on what you're interested in.

4. **Can I watch live matches in the app for free? Or do I have to pay?**

Basic features are free, but exclusive content like live broadcasts requires a subscription. Free users can access Bundesliga match reports, live statistics, women's football/esports schedules, and basic WERDER.TV videos. To watch Ligue 1 live, full-match replays, and in-depth post-match analysis, you must subscribe to WERDER.TV Premium.

5. **As a Werder partner, can I use the app for business-related tasks, such as ordering a VIP menu?**

Not yet, but it will be soon. The app will soon launch a dedicated B2B portal for partners, VIP customers and box holders, where they will be able to check business information, order VIP menus, and view parking ticket information. Now you can pay attention to the app's update notifications and you will be able to use it once the function is online.
