It's evident that Mexico is completely hooked on coconuts! Local hero Manolo Sánchez recently shared a DIY guide on his blog, unveiling "Coco con Cocoa" - a chocolate-infused take on this bone-chilling craze. Follow the storyline as it unfolds! Power-ups Introduction:

Sugar Smash features a plethora of power-ups that help you in completing the levels. Some of the most useful power-ups include:

1. Piñata - This power-up randomly selects a color and removes it from the board, making way for new candies.

2. Bomb - This power-up is similar to a candy crush bomb, and it explodes when it reaches zero.

3. Churro - This power-up adds a new row of candies to the bottom of the board, giving you more chances to make matches.

4. Glove - This power-up allows you to swap the positions of two candies on the board.

5. Heart - This power-up regenerates one life, which can be used to replay failed levels.

Levels Overview:

Sugar Smash has more than 500 levels, each with its unique challenges, objectives, and rewards. The levels are divided into different stages, and each stage has a unique theme. The game's first few levels are pretty easy to complete, but as you progress further, the levels become more challenging. Some of the most popular Sugar Smash levels include:

1. Throwing Tomatoes - This level requires you to break open the jars of tomatoes by making matches next to them. You need to break open all the jars to pass the stage.

2. Save The Puppies - In this level, you need to rescue the puppies by matching candies to break the ice. You need to save all the puppies to progress to the next stage.

3. The Tomb of The Skeleton - In this level, you need to match candies to slowly chip away at the stone walls of a tomb. Once you clear all the stones, you'll be rewarded with treasure and be allowed to progress to the next stage.

4. El Mercado - In this level, you need to collect a certain number of ingredients to make a delicious dish. You have a limited number of moves, so be strategic and make every match count.

1. I need help with a level

All our levels can be completed without purchasing lives, coins or boosters. Our developers only release levels after they personally ensure that levels are beatable without the use of purchases. Boosters and coins can give you the extra edge you need to finish a level, but they are entirely optional and are not needed in order to pass any of our levels.

Try and make super candies (4-5 in a row, or combining candies in different ways) to clear hard levels. Combining super candies will also create a new effect that can sometimes clear almost an entire board!

2. How do I send and receive lives

If you have less than five lives, you can click the heart icon in the top left hand corner of your screen and then select the "Ask Friends" button. Clicking this will bring up a screen where you can search by all your Facebook friends. If you want to look for specific friends, you can use the search bar to find them by their Facebook name. Please note, you can only send a person a life once every 24 hours.

3. Do I need to make purchases in the game?

All the levels can be completed without purchasing lives, coins or boosters and we only release levels after they personally ensure that levels are beatable without the use of purchases.

4. Where did my points go?

This is a new feature that our game team has recently added, where stars are added based on the number of attempts you've taken to complete a level, and not on the points you earn during the level; 3 stars for the first attempt, 2 for the second, and so-on.

If you're noticing a difference in the stars between older levels and newer levels, this is due to the game not updating the level of stars for previous levels, because these would be based on point count. All new levels will award stars based on the number of attempts, but the game won't update older levels completed previously to reflect this.

My game is not loading(solving)

If you are playing on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:

Please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.

1.For devices with a home button, press this two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.

For devices without a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold your finger on the screen until these previews appear.

2.Swipe your finger up on each of the apps you see to close them. Further help with this can be found here.

3.Press and hold the Power button until a slider appears.

4.Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.

5.After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

6.Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.

We recommend you try these steps every once in a while to lower the frequency of the game freezing! If your game still freezes after you tried this for the first time, it may require that you close the app fully and turn it back on a second time.

Start matching at the bottom

Even if most of your level’s challenges are somewhere at the top of the screen, it’s important to start matching at the bottom. This way you can trigger combos and basically allow the level to complete itself with the help of the incoming falling sweets. Work your way from the bottom upwards and you’re already one step ahead of the game.

Solve the problem areas first

Many levels have tricky areas that you have to free up or create matches in, like corners or squares with difficult access. Focus on completing these first because otherwise you might find yourself at the end of the level with a single piece left, one that’s impossible to create a match for.

Create matches of more than three pieces

Four pieces in a row, five pieces in a row or L shapes: all these create power-up sweets and they are extremely useful in any level as they can easily turn the tides in your favor. Always look for possibilities to create these matches and if possible, save your special sweets for later, because if you can match two special sweets, you will trigger an even greater effect, sometimes sweeping out the board and offering you a huge advantage.

Strategize

I know that Book of Life: Sugar Smash is a sweet game that you love to play and it seems very random and luck-based, but a bit of strategy will never hurt. Every time you start a new level, check it out, find the areas where you have to work, notice the sweets that can create longer matches and use that to your advantage. Simply matching the first sweets that you see might work for the first few levels, but pretty soon you will have to think a bit before each of your moves and make sure that you always pick the right one.

Use Power-ups carefully

You get a bunch of different power-ups and boosts in the game for free as you play and you can really get an advantage from using them, but try to resist the temptation to use them right away. As you progress through the levels, the challenges will become more and more difficult, and that’s when these power-ups come in handy. So play a level several times before deciding to finally use a power-up and only do so when you are 100% sure that you can beat that level, otherwise it’s just a waste of power-ups and, in the end, money.

Connect on Facebook

If you want to get extra lives, connecting your game on Facebook is the answer. Your friends can send you lives (and you can do the same for them), so it’s always a good idea to have a backup plan in case you run out of lives when trying to beat a difficult level.
