Why SpotiQ stop working when runs in the background?

Some vendors, to save the battery, kills all the apps in the background as default.

At the first run the SpotiQ requires to accept some permissions like: background executions, battery optimizations and Notification permission. These prevent that the apps is killed in the background

How to restore the purchased item?

1 – Open the Google Play Store App, and check the account that you’re logged in. Must be the same that made the purchase.

2 – Make sure that your purchase is present in the Google Play Store.

3 – Open SpotiQ and Tap the “Get pro version” buttonTap on “Restore Purchase“

If this not solve try to delete the cache and the data of the Google Play Store App and repeat the described steps.

Can I install other equalization apps?

The equalization apps are incompatible between them. Uninstall all the other apps and reboot the device and test again.

Why SpotiQ was working but now no?

Try to Reset SpotiQ to the default Values.

Open the SpotiQ Menù and press the (last) option, RESET TO DEFAULT.

How can I close SpotiQ?

The only way to close SpotiQ is to open it, press on the menù button (three dots on the navigation bar), and press Exit.

Dolby Atmos is compatible with SpotiQ?

his feature is not present in all devices, disabling it improves audio fidelity. You can find this option in the Audio settings of your device. This choice is personal but we recommend trying without it.

    This app works well. It enhances sound quality, especially for average Bluetooth devices. If you own a Yamaha sound bar or Sony headphones, you might not need it. However, many other audio devices can improve with this app. It helps reduce excessive bass and corrects default EQ settings. Keep in mind, it only works with Bluetooth devices, so it won't impact Wi-Fi streaming receivers.
