    I felt anxious about my speed post article. The delivery status showed a delay. I reached out to the postmaster for information. This time, it took five days for delivery, but I sent many speed posts before without issue. Despite the wait, I felt relieved knowing my article arrived safely. Usually, sending a speed post from Kannur to Trivandrum takes just two days. On September eleventh, the status showed it was out for delivery, but after that, there was no update. I even attempted IVR tracking and contacted customer care.

    It's frustrating when tracking updates don’t reflect the actual movement of a package. It feels like a black hole where information disappears. My post, sent from Haltu SO in Kolkata on June 2nd, is supposed to reach Shillong. Three days just within Kolkata. Then it showed despatched from NSH AP TMO on the morning of June 5th, and that’s it. No updates at all since then. Today is June 11th and still no clue about its whereabouts. Too many uncertainties add to the disappointment.

    The app is good. The issue lies with the speed post service. It feels like they are cheating while using the name of speed post. Let me share my experience. I sent a parcel with speed post. A month has passed, and my parcel hasn't arrived yet. If the service really works, they should close down if they can't deliver. Instead, they keep saying my parcel will arrive within ten days. But nothing has come. I've tried to register a complaint, but that hasn't worked either. It's disappointing. I advise others not to trust speed post.

    The problems stand out clearly. Ads flood the experience, especially those fullscreen interruptions that drive anyone crazy. Tracking is another issue. Users can save their tracking, but naming them isn’t an option. One single tracking point sits there with no label. The user interface feels outdated, like something from a decade ago. Other apps load quickly, maybe in two seconds. This one drags on for ten to twenty seconds. Overall, it feels frustrating and disappointing.
