    Oh my goodness, let me tell you about this incredible place called Sheetz! It is like paradise compared to Wawa. The food there is out of this world, I tell you. And the service? Oh, it's top-notch. Whenever I place my order with them, they make sure it's all set exactly when they promise. It's just mind-blowing. I am totally obsessed with Sheetz forever!

    Before, it was awesome, but recently it's been getting worse. Whenever I use sheetzgo!, the camera freezes after taking a photo of the Upc. So, I attempt the lookup Upc feature, but nothing appears when I press enter. The app just freezes once more. I've tested wifi, data, and forced closing the app, but no solution seems to work.

    Hey there! So, the app isn't too bad compared to other fast food apps out there. The problems start when the company tries to do too much. I received a bunch of free delivery coupons and decided to use one recently. I placed my order, waited for three whole hours, and ended up driving to Sheetz myself because there's actually no delivery service in my area. On top of that, the rewards system keeps changing the points you need. I had saved up loads of points, thinking I could get myself a breakfast sandwich, only to open the app and see they now want 100 more points for it. It's all just not a great experience and goes beyond the issues with the app itself.

    Oh no! I couldn't use the online ordering system in the app for the last two updates. All I saw was a blank white field with the ordering hud around it. Customers keep getting frustrated because their orders don't go through and the barcode is hard to find in the app. So, I took a screenshot of the barcode instead. The QR codes for gift cards in the app work fine though. Just to clarify, I'm not emailing you to place an order - I work there and can order in person. Please fix the app for "The Coffee Factory"!
