If you already have an account, log in directly on the new device for automatic pairing. If you don't have an account, select "Show Pairing Code" on one device, enter the code on the other, and confirm.

Set up an old phone/tablet as the "Pet Monitoring Terminal," enable HD live streaming and sound detection, and monitor your pet's activity and receive barking alerts when you're out. Switch to **Night Mode** in low-light conditions.

Q:How to pair new device?

A:If you already have Barkio account, simply log in with that account on the new device. It will be added to your Barkio account and automatically paired with all devices under your account.

If you don't have an account yet, follow these steps:

Go to Settings and tap on Pair new device.

On one device, choose "Display code", on the second device tap on "Enter code".

After entering the code, accept the pairing request on the second device, and they both will be paired.

Q:Can't find a device to pair

A:Device not found? Try to do the following:

Check that both devices are connected to the internet.

Make sure the app on the Dog Station is running in the foreground and the device is unlocked.

Make sure both devices are paired in Settings -> Paired devices.

Q:How to delete paired device?

A:On the main screen, go to Settings -> Paired devices to manage, add, or delete devices.

When deleting a device from your Barkio Account, you'll be asked to confirm the action by entering a password. The device will then be unpaired from all devices under your Barkio Account.

When deleting a device from a different Barkio Account, you won't have to confirm with a password.
