How can we help?

How to pair a new device?

If you already have Bibino account, simply log in with that account on the new device. It will be added to your Bibino account and automatically paired with all devices under your account.

If you don't have an account yet, follow these steps:

Go to Settings and tap on Pair new device.

On one device, choose "Display code", on the second device tap on "Enter code".

After entering the code, accept the pairing request on the second device, and they both will be paired.

You can start monitoring!

Can't find a device to pair

Device not found? Try to do the following:

Check that both devices are connected to the internet.

Make sure the app on the Baby Station is running in the foreground and the device is unlocked.

Make sure both devices are paired in Settings -> Paired devices.

What is Bibino Premium and how to get it?

Bibino is a baby monitoring app which you can download for free on all available platforms. You can use Bibino completely for free with limited features. If you'd like to access premium features, such as unlimited video monitoring, video recording, audio history, lullabies, and more, you can upgrade to the Bibino Premium subscription plan.

You can subscribe to Bibino Premium through our Bibino website or directly through the app by tapping either any premium feature or by tapping Join Bibino Premium or by tapping Bibino Premium in the Menu on the main screen. You can choose between monthly and annual subscription plans.

How to cancel Bibino Premium?

The subscription must be canceled on the same platform where it was purchased. You can find a guide for each platform below.

💡 Not sure?

open the Bibino app and go to: Settings -> Account -> Manage subscription

The app will display your subscription information or redirect you to the cancelation page.

What is Bibino account?

When upgrading to Bibino Premium, you'll be asked to create Bibino account. To create a new one, you'll need a name for your family, email address, and a password. 

Thanks to the Bibino account, your experience with Bibino will be much easier. You'll be able to pair a new device easily by logging with your Bibino account into devices across all platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux). The new device will also be paired with other devices under your Bibino account automatically. 

The Activity log will be shared within your Bibino account. So whenever you aren't able to join the monitoring, you'll still be able to check what's been going on afterward.

The lullabies are also shared within your Bibino account, so you don't have to set them for each device separately.

How to delete Bibino account?

If you want to delete your account, go to the Settings - Account - Delete Account. Confirm deleting your account by entering the password. You’ll receive an email with details about the process. If you need any help, contact our support at support@bibinoapp.com.

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you currently have an active Bibino Premium subscription, you need to cancel it separately. On iOS and Android, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you purchased subscription on desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux) or through our Bibino website, subscription has to be canceled BEFORE deleting your Bibino Account.
