SEND NOW! REGISTER YOUR SHIPMENTS FROM YOUR PHONE

We present SEND NOW!, a platform now available on the Shalom App, where you can make your shipments online.

You can register your shipments before taking them to the nearest agency, all from the comfort of your home using just your phone, and you won’t need to create an account. Below, we will explain how simple the process is.

Step 1: Go to the Shalom App.

Step 2: Click on the "SEND NOW!" option.

Step 3: Enter the sender and origin information, followed by the recipient's details (It’s important that the phone number and email address are correct).

Step 4: Then, select the type of merchandise (envelope, small parcel, parcel, or package). If your shipment is a different size, select "OTHER SIZE."

Step 5: Next, enter the payment information and select who will make the payment (sender or recipient).

Step 6: You can add an additional guarantee service, which is recommended for high-value goods. Optionally, you can add documentation for your merchandise.

Step 7: Finally, confirm the details of your shipment and generate your security code.

Done, your shipment is now registered.

SHALOM continues to innovate for you, which is why it have been updated with an improved interface and three new features that will allow you to manage your parcels from the palm of your hand. Join us to learn how and when to use them:

1. Add contact for pickup: If the recipient cannot pick up their shipment due to a lack of ID or CE, with this option you can add a trusted contact to pick it up for them. The new contact will only need their ID or CE and the security code.

2. Change destination: Did you make a mistake when choosing the destination? No problem! Now you can change it directly from this option; just log in with your email and make the change without complications.

3. Update security code: If the sender forgot their code, they can request a new code so you can pick up your shipment safely and securely. Remember that only the sender can manage this process; it's important that you stay in touch with them.

With this update, we aim to make the experience of self-managing your shipments more enjoyable and functional.
