Shadow PC - High-end PC access & transformation

Shadow shows great promise for transforming how I work. Right now, I use a tablet combined with Shadow for basic tasks. However, it lacks some essential features for power users. USB and Bluetooth over IP don't function well, limiting my experience. Connecting a mouse and keyboard to the tablet is possible, but shortcuts don’t work as expected. Using third-party software is necessary to get peripherals to pass through properly. Once that hurdle is cleared, mobile working will become incredibly effective.

When it works, it’s okay. Paying $130 a month for three PCs feels frustrating. Often, I spend 30 to 60 minutes just waiting for a spot. Some days, it’s impossible to use them at all. Cancelling my subscriptions can’t come fast enough. After two years of loyalty, being treated this way feels disheartening. Promises of better service seem empty now.

Absolutely magical! I’ve had my Shadow for six months now, and it’s been incredible. My setup includes all Mac products: M1 MacBook Pro, iPad Pros, Apple TVs, and iMacs. You would never guess I game on a Mac! I enjoy 1GB download speeds and set the limit to 70. I hardly ever experience lag, maybe once a week. Playing first-person shooters and MMORPGs feels seamless. No latency, no stuttering. Just pure enjoyment! I almost backed out when the price increased by $15, but I’m so glad I didn’t!

Shadow is the ultimate cloud platform. Forget about relying on home Wi-Fi. You can take your PC anywhere with Shadow. Just sign in on your phone using 5G and you’re good to go. It opens up limitless possibilities with premium streaming quality. The user-friendly interface gets regular updates, keeping everything fresh. Customer support is quick to respond and genuinely helps with any issues. As a gamer, I appreciate that this app lets you play any title you own without worrying about licensing conflicts. It's just perfect!

Overall, it's a fantastic experience! The phone UI feels a bit clunky. That comes from running Windows on a phone, so not surprising. The mobile game controller pairs nicely and functions well with it. As of June 28th, I'm facing some issues with the Samsung Note 10 Plus. The touch screen mapping is off. Pressing the center area registers as clicks on the far left. This makes it tough to interact with anything on the right side. Until that gets sorted out, I can only really enjoy the pre-installed games.

I play MW3 Zombies on my mobile device wherever I go. The experience is smooth with hardly any lag. My total cost is just $30 a month. That covers my phone plan too, which includes unlimited data. Back in February, I decided to ditch my WiFi bill since my unlimited hotspot and 5G connection do the job perfectly. This app really transforms everything. Gaming becomes way more enjoyable, and it impacts daily life in amazing ways.

The desktop app is fantastic on my computer. It offers seamless gameplay. However, my mobile experience falls short. Constant crashes occur, and I face controller issues. When my controller is plugged in, it only works with the virtual controller active. Picking a game directly from the shadow menu often leads to loading problems. I find myself switching to desktop mode frequently. I really appreciate this service, but I hope to see improvements in these areas. Once these issues are resolved, I will gladly update my review.

I've been using Shadow for a month now, and it really shines on my Acer Chromebook Spin 311. The performance is amazing, especially when connected to 5GHz Wi-Fi. I haven't tested a USB to Ethernet adapter yet, but I believe that would take the experience to another level. Definitely a solid 5 out of 5 stars!

Playing high-end PC games on my phone and tablet feels completely surreal. Shadow has transformed my gaming experience in an extraordinary way. Words hardly capture the appreciation I feel for their hard work and commitment. If you see any lower ratings out there, remember that a strong internet connection is crucial for cloud gaming. That’s not on the creators of the Shadow PC app.

Since Christmas Day, everything has been all over the place. Trying to connect feels like a gamble. Mostly, it just doesn’t work. The streaming service seems overloaded. With the monthly charge, you would expect better reliability. It’s disheartening. If this keeps happening into the new year, cancelling might become the only option.
