What will happen to my already active Hellotune? I have just paid / billing cycle has just started?

On selecting a new Hellotune on Wynk Music App, your previous selection of songs will be disabled and new Hellotune subscription will be activated. Special Caller tunes however will not get affected.

Are there any monthly charges or Song change charges?

1 FREE Hellotune every month on Wynk Music App is available for all Airtel customers. Once you set up a Hellotune on Wynk Music App, it will be activated for the next 30 days. To extend the validity of the set Hellotune or change your Hellotune after it is set once, you need to reactivate it through the Wynk Music App after 30 days.

Can I set a specific Hellotune for a specific contact?

Yes. You can set a Special Hellotune from the Wynk Music App. This enables to use different Hellotunes for different contacts.

I do not have Airtel mobile connection but am using Airtel broadband. Can I still set my Hellotune from Wynk Music App?

Currently Hellotunes can be setup only on your Airtel mobile number.

How to check the status of Hellotune?

Open the Wynk Music App

Go to the Hellotune button

Status of the Hellotune along with the validity will be mentioned on the screen

Will it get auto renewed?

No. The validity will not get auto renewed. However, you can extend the free validity through Wynk Music App.

How to remove Pre tune / message playing before my song?

To remove Pre tune,

Go to Wynk Music App

Click on Hellotune Management screen

Click on the ellipsis in the top card.

You will get an option to “Stop Pre tune Message”

Click on it to stop the Pre tune message

How to deactivate / remove Hellotune?

Go to Hellotune Management screen from Hellotune icon on the Search Bar

Click on the 3 dots in the top card

You will get an option to “Stop Hellotune”

Click on it to stop the Hellotune service on your mobile number

Is there any limit for number of times I can set/ change my Hellotune?

1 Free Hellotune can be set every 30 days. To extend the validity of the set Hellotune or change your Hellotune after it is set once, you need to reactivate it through the Wynk app after 30 days. For unlimited changes to hellotunes, you can buy Wynk Premium subscription.
