Frustración al intentar usar la tarjeta sanitaria. El sistema no reconoce el número. Mensaje de error molesto. Sin embargo, al intentar por el navegador, todo funciona. Cita asegurada con el mismo número. ¿Por qué dos sistemas tan diferentes?

For the past two months, the health app and website have not been working. I can’t book appointments online anymore. An error message keeps popping up saying, "User data could not be retrieved. Please try again later." This never gets resolved. It really needs fixing soon because calling by phone is even more frustrating.

The application is stuck loading. It worked perfectly before, but now it's not responding at all. Frustrating to deal with this issue.

It used to work well. Now it doesn't allow booking appointments or showing available slots for future dates. Such a shame.
