    I am really disappointed with the delivery issues. Not related to the Hi-Mart app, but two specific problems. One product has been undelivered for over four weeks, and another that was promised today is also missing. The call center staff were kind and helpful, but the lack of solutions is frustrating. I feel upset and have decided not to order from Hi-Mart again.

    The installation had too many permissions. Canceled it right away. It wanted access to call control, photos, notifications, and a bunch of other stuff. Who really needs all that?

    You try logging in, but it won’t let you. You decide to reset your password, only to find out the account doesn’t exist. Frustrated, you attempt to create a new account, but it says the user already exists. No sale for you today.

    We bought the HiMart "Basics 14" computer through the app. Just used it for editing files on Google Drive and connecting to Zoom for my daughter's classes. After three weeks, it became a useless plastic brick. Customer service shuts down on weekends and only offers chat support. It took over a week to receive a new power pack. I sent the broken one back and got it tonight. Still doesn't work. I really thought Little was a reliable brand. Turns out I was mistaken.
