My Guild Leader is inactive, how can we make someone else the Leader?

If your guild leader has been inactive for 14 days or longer, then we can manually remove them and make someone else the leader.

Anyone in the guild can request this change, but the person that is promoted follows an order of priority. We will first promote an active Co-Leader, if there is one. If not, then we will promote an active Officer, if there is one. If there are no active Co-Leaders of Officers, then we will promote the member who initiated the request.

In cases where there are multiple active Co-Leaders or Officers, and a suitable replacement cannot be determined,  it will be up to our discretion on who to promote. The Guild can then make their own arrangements if they would like to do something different.

If you need to request this action, please open a support ticket. There are two ways to open one:

Open the Rivengard application, go tot the Settings menu and tap "Contact US" and then tap the blue Support button with a ? on the main page  that opens.

I have not received my purchase, what should I do?

Purchases are usually delivered instantly, but may in some cases take longer.

When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same pack again – it should arrive soon.

In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Reboot your mobile device

2) Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data

3) Make sure you are logged into your app store (e.g. Google Play, iOS AppStore) with the same account with which you made your purchase

Apple users who have not received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact Apple support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here: https://support.apple.com/contact

Android users who have not received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact Google Play directly here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en and scroll down to Option 2 ‘Request a refund on the Google Play website’.

Accidental purchases can be avoided by setting your device with restrictions.

If you’d like to continue making in-app purchases, set the device to require your password every time you make a purchase (select “Immediately”) or every fifteen minutes.

Delete Account

As a Rivengard player, you have the right to request a deletion for all information we have about your game account. Please keep in mind that deleting your game account data will also mean deleting all of the data we have gathered about your game account, including the record of any in-game purchases.

After you submit the form, this process could take up to 7 days. After your game account data has been removed, it cannot be recovered and we cannot restore any purchases.
