Adding A Website (Mobile only): 

If you want to start a post with a website, check out this article about using the Create Post From A Webpage field.

Once you've picked your post type, and size, and added text and/or photos, tap the ">" in the upper right corner to proceed to the Customize screen, where you can customize your post. 

Something to keep in mind: The Create A Post step is only available on mobile. For the web app, adding media, text and selecting post size is available on the Customize step.
