○ Not sure which specialty to choose for your symptoms? The Virtual Assistant is here to help – find out what’s causing your symptoms in under 5 minutes. Plus, achieve 93% accuracy in identifying the cause of your symptoms.

Check-in directly at the location

○ With the online check-in feature, you instantly know where to go for your consultation without needing to visit the reception first.

○ To quickly find out the floor and office number, go to the “Appointments” section in your account and click “check-in”.

Alternatively, quickly access the Virtual Clinic

○ Now you can request expert opinions from a specialist doctor right from the comfort of your home.

○ Benefit from online consultations with the same advantages as in-person appointments.

1.Quick registration 👩🏻‍⚕️

Create your account using your Apple, Google, Facebook, or email details.

2.Simple confirmation 📲

Verify your email and phone via a link and an SMS code.

You now have partial access to the app: you can book appointments, but not view your “Medical File”.

For full access, proceed to step 3.

3.Complete access 🩺

Log into the app, access your Medical File, and select "I want to validate now".

In just a few hours, you will have total access to your medical history.

The validation process may take up to 24 hours or can be requested anytime at any Regina Maria location.
