The kalimba is a traditional African instrument featuring a wooden body and metal keys (tines). It is typically played by holding it in one's hands and plucking the tines using the thumbs, as well as occasionally the forefingers. The sound produced is characterized by a distinct, percussive, chiming quality.

Real Kalimba is a gamified, simple and easy to use virtual representation of a Kalimba Instrument. It allows you to play and learn songs on the go. Its mission is to create awareness about the instrument, preserve it and teach people how to play in a fun and exciting way.

Now, tuning the kalimba is straightforward—simply adjust the root note or key with the press of a button. Additionally, there are 16 different reverb settings available. These environment reverb options modify the sound of the kalimba according to various spaces.

You can now record the sounds produced by the kalimba with the new audio recording feature, allowing you to edit, save, or share your recordings with friends who enjoy playing the actual instrument as much as you do.
