R-kioski's loyalty program is now mobile!

By downloading the R-kioski app, you can access exclusive benefits. For instance, when you purchase five items, such as a movie rental, soft drink, or ice cream, R-kioski rewards you with the sixth item for free. App users also receive special pricing on coupon products. The store locator feature helps you quickly find the nearest R-kioski location, and you can search for specific product categories. Additionally, you'll be the first to learn about new products and services from R-kioski.

R-kioski is close and makes people's lives easier

R-kioski's goal is to make the everyday lives of its customers easier by bringing goods and services to where people are and move. A kiosk can be easily found on a familiar journey home or in a foreign place, transactions are fast and services are diverse. We strive to ensure that our kiosks are either within walking distance or accessible by public transport. We keep an eye on social developments and trends so that we can offer goods and services at the right time and in the right place. Our operations are influenced by several social developments, which we strive to take into account. For example, we launched the "Donate a Euro to Ukraine" campaign, and together with our customers, a total of €47,816 was donated to the Finnish Red Cross.

Urbanization. As cities grow, commutes to work and school become longer and people are increasingly on the move. A kiosk is always on the go.

Digitalization. R-kiosks play an important complementary role in a digitalizing society. We introduce new technical solutions, but at the same time we also bear responsibility for those who do not have a smartphone or internet connection. At Ärrä, you can, for example, withdraw money and pay bills. In a small town, an R-kiosk may be the only place where you can bring your bills to be paid. The kiosk can also be the village's only café and meeting place.

Responsibility for employees and the economy

Finland's approximately 350 R-kiosks provide work and livelihoods across the country. R-kiosk is Finland's largest franchise chain that wants to encourage entrepreneurship, and we are proud of our role as an employer. Employees develop into sales professionals in the kiosk's diverse tasks, and they can also grow into retailers. In 2019, we started an entrepreneurship and employment program, the aim of which is to provide job opportunities, lower the threshold for starting as a retailer, and improve the reputation of the franchise business model.

Everyone working at Ärrä is guided by shared values. Tolerance is an important value for R-kiosk, and we also offer employment opportunities to people with an immigrant background. We are honored to support our entrepreneurs, and we give them the best possible tools to succeed. However, all of the company's responsibility is built on the foundation of financial responsibility.
